These classes are a vineyard based tutorial on wine growing. Students will spend half of the session in the vineyard understanding vines and their central role in creating truly distinctive wines. The second component will explore wine tasting and cheese pairing. All classes are held at Captain Vineyards in Moraga and hosted by the winemaker and vineyard manager, Sal and Susan Captain. As the saying goes, “All good wines start with good grapes”
