This delicious deep color, bountiful aromas and tastes of plum and black currents with a hint of Bay Leaves. It’s the result of Sustainable and Organic practices in growing the grapes and making the wine. Aged for 60 Months in French Oak 50/50 new and neutral barrels. No fining, filtration or additives, simply grape thats fermented, racked several times, bottled and aged further 12 months before release. Plenty of Natural Tannins from the rocky and Loamy formation of the soil. Enjoy in good health and company, with varieties of foods that maybe spicy, meaty, barbecued, or baked.
