This is a very limited production since we made only 12 cases in 2015. The fruit was amazing in its character and aroma. Once completed its Primary fermentation, and pressing very gently with the rubber balloon press, it went into a series of racking to settle the lees, then into a 30 Gallon neutral French Oak barrel to complete Secondary fermentation. Then spent 40 months aging. Bottled in early 2019. its only for those who are very discriminating Pinot Noir Oenophiles.
