Refund policy

Our mission is to give you an experience at Captain Vineyards that you will remember and be a life long member, it is about the relationship!!

If for any reason you are unhappy with the bottle of wine you picked up at Captain Vineyards, please let us know, as soon as you open the bottle, we will happily exchange it with another, we ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement.  All our wines have been tested before bottling.   By Law, we are unable to accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the products are corked or flawed.  To arrange for the return of corked or flawed products, please send an email to Sal@captainvineyards.com

We do not ship internationally currently. We ship only to states we have the legal permits to do so. Thank you for your understanding.
